01 About Front Desk Service

Q What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.
This may vary depending on the plan, so please contact the hotel for details.
QCan I make a reservation on the day? Are there any time restrictions?
If there are vacant rooms, we can accommodate you at any time, so please feel free to contact us.
QWhat time should I check in by? Is there a curfew?
The front desk staff is available 24 hours a day.
There is no curfew, so please don't worry.
However, please let us know if you will be arriving later than the scheduled check-in time.
QCan I pay at check-out?
Payment is required in advance. Please settle the amount when you check in.
Q Can I send parcels?
You can use Yamato Transport.
QCan I send a package ahead?
Please include your name and the dates of your reservation.
We will keep it at the front desk until your arrival.
QCan I use a credit card?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, JCB, Diners and American Express for accommodation payments.
QCan I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
We will keep it at the front desk.
Q Is there a cleaning service?
Please contact the front desk.
If you bring it in by 10am, it will be ready by the evening of the same day.

Q Can I sleep with my child?
Children up to elementary school age can sleep in the same bed as their parents for free.
Q Are there baby beds?
Please contact us in advance as numbers are limited.

About the rooms and facilities

Q Is Wi-Fi available?
Available in the guest rooms and lobby.
Q Are there non-smoking rooms?
All rooms are non-smoking.
QCan I stay in my room during the day if I am staying multiple nights?
You can stay 24 hours a day during consecutive nights.
Q Is there a refrigerator?
An empty refrigerator is provided in every room.
Please note that there is no freezing function.
QIs the toilet equipped with a washing machine?
They are installed in all rooms.
Q Can I charge my cell phone?
We have a limited number of chargers available for free rental.
Please use it in your room.

Facilities and services

Q Are there any conference rooms?
Yes, we have them available. For details, please see the "Banquet" page.
Q Can I use the Internet in the conference room?
Wifi available.
Q Is there a shop?
We do not have it.
Q Are there vending machines?
Vending machines selling soft drinks are available on the 1st, 5th, 7th, 8th, and 9th floors, and alcoholic drinks are available on the 6th floor.
Q Are there coin laundry facilities?
It is located on the second floor of the hotel and is open from 6:00 to 24:00.
Q Are there any pay channels?
You can view it in your guest room for 1,000 yen per night (from 15:00 to 11:00 the following morning).

Access and parking

Q What is the nearest station?
JR Hakodate Station is a 3-minute walk from the hotel.
QPlease tell me how to get there from Hakodate Airport.
Limousine buses run from Hakodate Airport to Hakodate Station.
Many customers use this service.
Q Is there a parking lot?
We have a multi-storey car park (for cars up to 155cm high) which is available to guests staying at the hotel for 700 yen per night.
  • *RVs, wagons, and other vehicles that cannot be parked will be directed to another parking lot within walking distance.
