Interviews, photography, and publication are strictly prohibited without our permission.

[Permission to interview, film, and publish]

  • 1. If you wish to conduct interviews or film at a hotel, you must obtain prior consent from our company.
  • 2. The relevant department at our company will confirm the purpose of the shooting, the content of the shooting, the scope of use, etc. in writing or by electromagnetic means and then decide whether or not to allow the shooting.
  • 3. It will take some time to confirm your reservation. Please apply using the designated form at least 5 business days before your desired date.
    Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the content and schedule.
  • 4. If interviews, filming, or publication are conducted without our permission, or if there is any violation of our filming rules or laws, or any dangerous or nuisance behavior, we may ask you to stop or leave.
  • 5. We may ask you to submit videos and photos before they are released to the public.
  • 6. If we determine that the filming permission standards have not been met or that the post is inappropriate, we may refuse to publish it or request that the post be deleted.
  • 7. After confirming that you have permission to film and interview, please make your accommodation reservation.

[Rules for interviews, filming, and publication]

  • 1. Please be careful not to cause inconvenience or disruption to other guests using the hotel.
    • * Please refrain from actions such as pointing cameras at people, conducting interviews, occupying common areas, blocking people's paths, making loud noises, or shouting.
  • 2. Please be careful not to reveal any personally identifiable information, such as the faces or vehicle license plates of other customers.
  • 3. Interviews and photography in common areas other than your guest room is prohibited.
    *If we discover that filming is being done in shared spaces (large communal baths including changing rooms, private baths, etc.) without permission, we may ask to check the data stored in the filming equipment.
  • 4. Please refrain from storing equipment in the common areas.
  • 5. If any damage is caused to the hotel or to the property of other guests, such as loss or breakage, you will be charged for the damage.
  • 6. If you take photos using a smartphone, mobile phone, etc. (including any device capable of taking still images, videos, etc.), you will also need to apply for permission.
  • 7. Please return any equipment (tables, chairs, etc.) used to their original state.
  • 8. Please do not use the card for any purpose other than that specified in the application.
  • 9. If the Company decides to revoke permission for coverage, filming, or publication, please follow the instructions promptly.
  • 10. After the shoot, please send us a sample of the media you wish to use (for our management purposes).

[Prohibited Items]

  • 1. Any action that interferes with or may interfere with the operation of our company or the hotel
  • 2. Any action that interferes with or may interfere with the use of our company and our hotel by our customers
  • 3. Any act that causes or may cause disadvantage, damage or inconvenience to our company, the hotel, or other customers
  • 4. Any act that infringes or may infringe the portrait rights of our company, our hotel customers, or our employees.
  • 5. Any action that damages or may infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
  • 6. Any act or expression that violates or may violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
  • 7. Harmful, obscene or violent acts and expressions
  • 8. Actions and expressions that are or may be linked to crimes
  • 9. Actions and expressions prohibited by each social media operating company
  • 10. Any other actions or expressions that the Company deems inappropriate

[Notes]

  • 1. We may refuse to allow shooting during busy periods or crowded times.
  • 2. If you take photographs that differ from the content of your application, your photography permission may be revoked.
  • 3. If you post videos or images on YouTube or social media, please be sure to observe the prohibited items.
  • 4. Thumbnails and titles will also be subject to judgment. If the prohibited items are not observed, we may refuse to publish the content.
  • 5. Some guests feel uneasy about having camera equipment pointed at them. Please be considerate so that everyone can have a comfortable stay.

[Disclaimer]

  • 1. If we find out that you have been filming or taking pictures without our permission, or if we deem it necessary to check videos or images you have taken, we may check the device. If any data stored on the device is lost during this process due to intentional or negligent acts, we will not be held responsible.
  • 2. If any trouble occurs between customers during the interview, filming, or publication, our company will not bear any responsibility.
  • 3. If the Company revokes permission based on the rules, prohibitions, or precautions, the Company shall not be liable for any damage suffered by the applicant or any related parties.
