01 About Front Desk Service

Q What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.
This may vary depending on the plan, so please contact the hotel for details.
QCan I make a reservation on the day? Are there any time restrictions?
If there are vacancies, we can accept your request at any time. Please contact us.
Q What time is check-in until? Is there a curfew?
Our front desk staff is available 24 hours a day. There is no curfew, so please rest assured.
However, please let us know if you will be arriving later than the scheduled check-in time.
Q Is payment due at check-out?
Payment is required in advance. Please settle the amount when you check in.
QCan I pay the accommodation fee in advance on behalf of someone else?
You can either come to the museum in advance or pay by bank transfer.
Please let us know when you make your reservation.
QCan I use a credit card?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, JCB and American Express for accommodation payments.
QCan I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
We will keep it at the front desk.
QI would like to send a package by courier service. Can you hold it for me? Can you also send it out?
We will keep it for you.

02 About staying with children

QI would like to stay with my family. Are there any children's rates?
Accommodation and breakfast are free for preschool children.
The price for elementary school children and above is the same as for adults.
Q I would like to let my daughter stay overnight alone because she is taking an exam. Is that okay?
Please rest assured that our services are used by many test takers every year.
Q Are there baby beds?
Sorry, we do not have baby cribs available.

About the rooms and facilities

Q Is Wi-Fi available?
Wired LAN and Wi-Fi are available in all rooms.
Q Are there non-smoking rooms?
We can provide it.
Even if all non-smoking rooms are fully booked, we will provide you with a room with as little odor as possible upon request.
QCan I stay in my room during the day if I am staying multiple nights?
You can use it 24 hours a day during consecutive nights.
QAre there any amenities?
Towels / Bath towels / Shampoo / Conditioner / Body soap / Hand soap / Body towels / Toothbrush set / Razor / Nightwear / Slippers / Hairbrush / Cotton buds / Mineral water / Tea set
Other amenities provided include an electric kettle, hair dryer, and humidifier/air purifier.
Q What items are available for rental?
We provide blankets, hair irons, irons, trouser presses, etc.
QAre there refrigerators in the rooms?
We have provided empty refrigerators in all rooms. Please note that they do not have a freezer function.
QDoes the toilet have a washing function?
Available in all rooms.
Q Can I charge my cell phone?
We will lend you a charger for free. Please use it in your room.

Facilities and services

Q I would like to include breakfast.
For breakfast, a Japanese-style buffet is available at Shishimaru restaurant on the first floor of the hotel for 1,500 yen.
We are also open for lunch and dinner, so please come and visit us.
Q Are there any conference rooms?
Sorry, we do not have a meeting room.
Q Is there a shop?
Sorry, there is no shop.
However, there is a 24-hour supermarket and convenience store within a 1-minute walk.
Q Are there vending machines and ice machines?
Soft drink vending machines and ice machines are located on the 4th floor. Alcohol and tobacco are not sold in the building.
Q Are there coin laundry facilities?
There are 4 coin-operated laundry machines and 4 dryers on the 8th floor.

Access and parking

Q What is the nearest station?
It is located at Machida Station on the JR Yokohama Line and the Odakyu Line. It is a 3-4 minute walk from the station.
QPlease tell me how to get there from Haneda Airport.
There is a direct bus from the airport to Machida Station. Many customers seem to use this bus.
Q If I use the Tomei Expressway, which interchange should I get off at?
It is the Yokohama Machida Interchange. If the roads are clear, it takes about 20 minutes to get from there to our hotel.
Q Can I reserve a parking space?
We apologize, but parking is on a first come first served basis.
QIs it first come first served even when staying multiple nights?
Please note that we cannot reserve rooms for you, even if you are staying multiple nights.

There is a Seven-Eleven and Lawson just a minute's walk away.
