About accommodation
01 About Front Desk Service
- Q What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.
This may vary depending on the plan, so please contact the hotel for details.
- Q Can I extend my stay?
- Extensions are available at the standard overage fee.
- *We may not be able to accommodate you depending on the situation on the day.
- Q Can I eat meals in my room?
- There is no room service.
Please use the restaurant on the 1st floor (breakfast only) or we will introduce you to nearby restaurants.
- Q Can you tell me about the storage of valuables?
- There are no safes in the rooms.
If you wish, please complete the procedure at the front desk and we will store your luggage in the safe.
- Q Please tell me about home delivery.
- We can send your luggage at the front desk. (Yamato Transport)
We also have shipping boxes (for a fee) and shipping slips available, so please feel free to ask.
- Q Can I send my luggage to the hotel before my stay?
- For advance parcel deliveries, please write the guest's name, phone number, and check-in date on the shipping slip and send it to us.
Your luggage will be handed over to you when you check in.
- Q Can I leave my luggage before check-in?
- We will keep your luggage at the front desk before and after check-in. Please feel free to ask.
- Q Can I use a credit card?
- We accept JCB, VISA, DINERS, AMEX, NICOS, DC, UFJ, SAISON, OMC, etc.
(This service may not be available for some plans.)
- Q Can I exchange foreign currency?
- Sorry, we do not offer foreign currency exchange.
02 About staying with children
- Q Can I sleep with my child?
- There is no child fee for preschool children sharing a bed with their parents.
Bedding is not provided, so please check the width of the bed carefully before making a reservation.
- Q Can I use a baby bed?
- Available for 1,000 yen per night (reservations required).
As the number is limited, please contact us in advance if you wish to use one.
About the rooms and facilities
- Q Please tell me about the room size and bed size.
- Bed size varies depending on the room type. Please refer to the "Guest Rooms" page for details.
- QWhat is the view from the rooms?
- From the north side of the upper floors you can see the night view of Susukino and the Ferris wheel, and from the south side you can see Nakajima Park.
- Q Is there internet access available in the rooms?
- All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi and can be used free of charge.
- Q Are there non-smoking rooms?
- We have a limited number of rooms available. (*Please select a non-smoking room when making your reservation.)
If the non-smoking rooms are fully booked, please make a reservation for a smoking room and indicate that you would like a non-smoking room. We will then provide deodorization, or if a non-smoking room becomes available by the day of your reservation, we will provide you with a non-smoking room.
- QIs the facility barrier-free?
- We are not barrier-free.
Please note that although the rooms are wheelchair accessible, the toilets etc. are not wheelchair accessible.
- Q What items are available for loan?
- Blankets, humidifiers, air purifiers, hair irons, irons, trouser presses, baby beds
- *The number of rental items is limited. Please feel free to ask the front desk staff for any requests.

- Q Can I use the Internet in the conference room?
- We have wireless LAN available, so you can use the internet free of charge.
- Q Is there a shop?
- There is no convenience store.
Please ask the front desk staff for information on nearby souvenir shops.
- Q Are there vending machines and ice machines?
- Soft drinks are available on the first floor, and alcohol and ice machines are on the second floor.
- Q Are there coin laundry facilities?
- There are two coin-operated laundry machines (300 yen per use, free automatic detergent dispenser) and two dryers (100 yen for 30 minutes) on the second floor.
We also offer cleaning services (fees apply) at the front desk. If you drop off your laundry at the front desk by 10:00 a.m., it will be ready by the evening of the same day (weekdays and Saturdays only).
Transportation
01 About parking
- Q Is there a parking lot at the hotel?
- Parking is available at an additional cost. Reservations are not accepted.
Upon check-in, we will guide you to the multi-storey car park behind the hotel on an arrival basis.

- Q Is it possible to park motorcycles or large vehicles?
- For motorcycles, please contact the hotel.
We do not accept parking for minibuses or trucks.
- Q Is it possible to use the parking lot before check-in time?
- Depending on the time of your arrival, an additional fee may apply. Please contact the hotel in advance.
Please note that we may not be able to accommodate you depending on the parking situation on the day.
02How to access
- QPlease tell me how to get to the airport.
- [If using JR lines]
Take the subway from Nakajima Koen Station to Sapporo Station for about 10 minutes, then transfer to the train bound for New Chitose Airport, and you will arrive at the airport in 40 minutes.
[If you are using a bus]
The airport is an 80 minute drive from the hotel. The bus stop is about a 3 minute walk from the hotel.

- From Nakajima Koen Station on the subway, take Exit 2 and walk for approximately 1 minute to the right to find the hotel.
Others
- Q What are the tourist attractions and restaurants in the area?
- Please ask the front desk for detailed information about nearby tourist spots and restaurants.
The main tourist spot, Nakajima Park, is just a 1-minute walk away, and the entertainment district of Susukino is about a 10-minute walk away.

- There is a convenience store just a minute's walk from the hotel.
