About accommodation
01 About Front Desk Service
- Q What time is check-in and check-out?
- Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.
This may vary depending on the plan, so please contact the hotel for details.
- Q Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
- We will keep it at the front desk. Please feel free to contact us.
- Q Can I pay by credit card?
- We accept JCB, VISA, MasterCard, KC, DC, Saison, Diners, American Express, etc.
- Q Is there a cleaning service?
- Yes, there is. Please ask the front desk for details.
- Q Can I send parcels?
- Payment will be made via Yamato Transport via cash on delivery.
- Q Can I send luggage to the hotel?
- Please write the date of your stay and the name of the guest on the slip. We will take care of it.
- Q Is there a curfew?
- The main entrance is open 24 hours a day, and the front desk is staffed 24 hours a day.
- Q Can you tell me about the storage of valuables?
- There are no safes in the rooms, so we will keep them at the front desk.
02 About staying with children
- Q Can I sleep with my child?
- Preschool children can sleep in the same bed as their parents.
- Q Are there baby beds?
- We offer rentals for a fee (1,500 yen per night).

- We have various meeting rooms, large, medium and small, suitable for various purposes, accommodating from 8 to 130 people.

- Yes, you can.
- Q Are there any banquet halls?
- We have Japanese-style and Western-style rooms available in various sizes, large, medium and small, suitable for a variety of uses, accommodating from 10 to 150 people.
- Q Is there a shop?
- Located in the bus center on the 1st floor.
Business hours are 7:30-19:15.
- Q Are there vending machines?
- Juices are available on the 1st and 8th floors, and alcoholic beverages are available on the 8th floor.
There are no cigarette vending machines.
- Q I would like to watch paid TV?
- Room theater (VOD) cards are sold next to the elevators from the 8th to 14th floors. (1,000 yen / night)

- Breakfast is served from 6:30 to 9:30 (last entrance 9:00).
A mini kaiseki-style set menu is available at Bonsa Boule on the second floor.
- Q What is the price for breakfast?
- The fee for adults is 1,500 yen (tax included).
- Q Can I have dinner at the hotel?
- Sorry, we are not open in the evenings.
Please feel free to contact us if you would like to rent the facility exclusively for a group.

- All rooms are non-smoking.

- Yes, it is about a 7-minute walk (400m) to downtown Sasebo.
- Q Are there any ATMs nearby?
- There is an ATM at a convenience store right in front of the hotel.
- Q How long does it take to get to the main tourist spots?
- Huis Ten Bosch is approximately 25 minutes by car or 20 minutes (4 stations) by JR train.
It takes about 20 minutes by car to reach Saikai Pearl Sea Resort.
