About accommodation

Q What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.
This may vary depending on the plan, so please contact the hotel for details.
Q Can I extend my stay?
Extensions can be made up to 2:00 p.m., at a cost of 1,000 yen (tax included) per hour per room.
  • *We may not be able to accommodate you depending on the situation on the day.
Q Can I eat meals in my room?
There is no room service.
Please use convenience stores, Uber Eats, etc. The front desk will also provide information on nearby restaurants.
Q Can you tell me about the storage of valuables?
There are no safes in the rooms.
If you wish, please complete the procedure at the front desk and we will store your luggage in the safe.
Q Please tell me about home delivery.
You can send your luggage at the front desk.
We also have shipping boxes (for a fee) and shipping slips available, so please feel free to ask.
Q Can I send my luggage to the hotel before my stay?
For advance parcel deliveries, please write the guest's name, phone number, and check-in date on the shipping slip and send it to us.
Your luggage will be handed over to you when you check in.
Q Can I leave my luggage before check-in?
We will keep your luggage at the front desk before and after check-in. Please feel free to ask.
Q Can I use a credit card?
We accept JCB, VISA, DINERS, AMEX, NICOS, DC, UFJ, SAISON, OMC, etc.
Q Can I exchange foreign currency?
Sorry, we do not offer foreign currency exchange.
Q Can I sleep with my child?
For children under elementary school age, there is no charge for up to one child sharing a bed with one adult.
Bedding is not provided, so please check the width of the bed carefully before making a reservation.
Q Can I use a baby bed?
Unfortunately, we do not have baby cribs available.

Sorry, we do not offer pay-per-view services.

Access and parking

Q Is there a parking lot at the hotel?
We are sorry, but we do not have a parking lot. We also do not have any affiliated parking lots. Thank you for your understanding.
Q Please tell me how to get to the hotel from the nearest station.
It is a 3-minute walk from the central ticket gates of JR Akihabara Station, and also a 3-minute walk from Akihabara Station on the Hibiya Line and Iwamotocho Station on the Toei Shinjuku Line.
