We have confirmed instances of suspicious emails and text messages (SMS) being sent that impersonate our hotel and overseas booking sites, attempting to steal customers' personal information and credit card details. These messages attempt to lure customers to fake websites (phishing sites) and gain unauthorized access.

If you receive any suspicious messages that you do not recognize, or messages requesting personal information, payment details, or credit card information, please do not click on any URLs (links) in the message or open any attachments, and delete the message immediately.

For the safety of our customers, we ask that you take all necessary precautions.

■What is a phishing scam?

This refers to fraudulent activities in which emails or messages are sent impersonating real companies or services, luring victims to fake websites that appear legitimate, and then illegally stealing their credit card numbers and account information (user IDs, passwords, etc.).
