About accommodation

01 About Front Desk Service

Q What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.
This may vary depending on the plan, so please contact the hotel for details.
Q What time can I check in until?
We can even accommodate late night appointments if you let us know in advance.
If you arrive after midnight, the main entrance will be locked for security reasons. Please call the front desk staff via the intercom.
Q Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
We offer a baggage storage service at the front desk.
Q Can I pay by credit card?
We accept VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX, UC and DC.
Q Is there a cleaning service?
If you bring it to the front desk by 10:00am, it will be ready by around 17:00 on the same day.
  • *There is no cleaning service on Sundays and public holidays.
Q Can I send parcels?
Available 24 hours a day at the front desk.
(Items received after 2:00 p.m. will be shipped the next day.)
Q Is  there a curfew?
There is no curfew.
For security reasons, the main door will automatically lock at midnight.
Please use your room key to unlock the door and enter the building.

02 About staying with children

Q Can I sleep with my child?
Only preschool children may stay with one adult if sharing a bed.
There is no extra charge for children sharing the same bed as other guests. However, bedding and amenities will not be provided.
Q Are there baby beds?
Available for 1,000 yen per night.
As numbers are limited, please call in advance to make a reservation.
Q Do you have yukata for children?
We provide yukata, slippers, and toothbrushes for children.
Please inquire at the front desk.

About the rooms and facilities

Q Can I connect to the Internet?
Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. High-speed optical wired LAN is also available in the guest rooms.
Q What TV channels are available in the guest rooms?

Q Are there drinks in the refrigerators in the rooms?
All rooms are equipped with empty refrigerators.
When you enter the room, the refrigerator will be switched off to save electricity.
Please turn on the power switch when using.
Q Can I eat meals in my room?
There is no room service available.
For security reasons, we do not allow take-out or delivery services. You may bring in your own food and drinks.
Q What is the view from the room?
The rooms on the east side face Hyakumangoku Street (National Route 157) and offer views of Kanazawa city towards Kanazawa Castle Park. The rooms on the west side offer views of Kanazawa city towards Kanazawa Station.

Q Is there an ice maker?
They are available in the vending machine corner on the 3rd and 7th floors.
Q Are there vending machines for drinks and cigarettes?
There are vending machines in the building that sell soft drinks, canned beer, and canned chuhai.
We do not sell tobacco.
Q Are there any shops or souvenir stores?
There are no shops or souvenir sales facilities within the building.
Q Is there a large public bath?
There is no large public bath facility in the building.
Q Are there coin laundry facilities?
There are two washing and drying machines available in the building. (500 yen per wash and dryer)
Q Are there any pay channels?
There is no pay broadcast.

Breakfast is available for 1,700 yen.

Q What about dinner?
You can also dine at the Italian restaurant "Il Chianti" on the first floor. (Business hours: 17:30-22:00)
Information about nearby restaurants is available in the 1st floor lobby.
Q Can I smoke in the restaurant?
Smoking is prohibited throughout the day. Please use the smoking area on the first floor of the lobby.

Access and parking

Q Is there a parking lot?
Please refer to the parking information on the "Access" page.
Q Is there a shuttle service available from Kanazawa Station?
There is no shuttle service.
From Kanazawa Station, it is a 12-minute walk towards Musashi and Korinbo.
If you are in a hurry, please use a local bus or taxi.
Q Which bus should I take from Kanazawa Station?
Take the bus bound for Korinbo from bus stops 3, 8-10 at the Kenrokuen Exit (East Exit) of Kanazawa Station.
Get off at the second bus stop, "Musashi-gatsuji/Omicho Ichiba-mae," and walk along Hyakumangoku-dori Street toward Korinbo for 1 minute. Our hotel will be on your right hand side.
Q Can I reserve a parking space?
We will guide you to our private parking lot or affiliated parking lot on a first-come, first-served basis on the day.
We do not accept reservations. Sorry.
Q Can I park my motorcycle?
We ask that you park at our affiliated parking lot, Mza Sky Parking.
The fare will be the same as for a regular car.

Others

Q Can I stay with pets?
Pets are not allowed.
Only service dogs and guide dogs can stay in the same room.
Q Can I exchange foreign currency?
They are not available in the building.
There are many financial institutions near the hotel, so please feel free to use them, or you can exchange foreign currency at the department store (Meitetsu Mza), which is a one-minute walk from the hotel.
Q Are there any convenience stores nearby?
There is a 7-Eleven just south of the hotel (1 minute walk). (Alcohol and tobacco are available.)
Q Are there any hospitals nearby?
The general hospital "Kanazawa Holy Spirit Hospital" is located within a 15-minute walk from the hotel. (Emergency care available at night)
Q Are there any places to eat nearby?
Omicho Market is located a 1-minute walk from the hotel.
There are many popular restaurants serving an abundance of fresh local Kanazawa seafood and mountain produce, and the area is bustling all day long.
Business hours vary depending on the store, but they are open from as early as 7:00 in the morning until around 22:00 at night.
  • *Please note that many stores are closed on Sundays or Wednesdays.
Q Are there any tourist facilities nearby?
Many famous tourist attractions are within a 20-minute walk.
Q Are there bicycle rentals?
The Kanazawa bicycle rental service "Machi-nori" is located nearby.
