About accommodation

Q What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.
This may vary depending on the plan, so please contact the hotel for details.
Q Can I extend my stay?
Extensions can be made up to 3:00 p.m., at a cost of 1,000 yen (tax included) per hour per room.
  • *We may not be able to accommodate you depending on the situation on the day.
Q Can I eat meals in my room?
There is no room service.
If you use the food delivery service, please pick it up at the front desk.
Q Can you tell me about the storage of valuables?
There are safety deposit boxes in the rooms for your use.
Q Please tell me about home delivery.
You can send your luggage at the front desk.
We also have shipping boxes (for a fee) and shipping slips available, so please feel free to ask.
Q Can I send my luggage to the hotel before my stay?
For advance parcel deliveries, please write the guest's name, phone number, and check-in date on the shipping slip and send it to us.
Your luggage will be handed over to you when you check in.
Q Can I leave my luggage before check-in?
We will keep your luggage at the front desk before and after check-in. Please feel free to ask.
Q Can I use a credit card?
We accept JCB, VISA, DINERS, AMEX, NICOS, DC, UFJ, SAISON, OMC, etc.
Q Can I exchange foreign currency?
Sorry, we do not offer foreign currency exchange.
Q Can I sleep with my child?
For preschool children only, there is no charge for up to one child sharing a bed with one adult.
Bedding is not provided, so please check the width of the bed carefully before making a reservation.
Q Can I use a baby bed?
We offer rental for a fee. [1 night / 1,000 yen (tax included)]
Numbers are limited, so please check with the hotel.
  • *We are unable to accommodate children who are trying to stand up due to safety concerns. Thank you for your understanding.
Q Is cleaning provided if I stay multiple nights?
As part of our efforts to protect the environment, guest room cleaning for consecutive stays will be done in a style that does not require entering the rooms and will only include changing towels and bath towels, removing trash, and refilling mineral water.
  • *For hygiene reasons, rooms will be cleaned on the fourth night. If you would like your room cleaned on a day other than the cleaning day, please let us know by posting a cleaning instruction magnet outside your door by 10am on the day of your stay.

Q Is there internet access available in the rooms?
All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi and can be used free of charge.
Q What items are available for rental?

Facilities and services

Q Can I have breakfast?
For Hotel Resol members, the price is 1,800 yen (tax included), and for non-members, the price is 2,000 yen (tax included).
Q Is there a shop?
Sorry, there is no shop.
Please ask the front desk staff for information on nearby souvenir shops.
Q Are there vending machines?
There is a soft drink vending corner on the 6th, 7th and 11th floors, and an alcohol vending corner on the 11th floor.
Q Are there coin laundry facilities?
There are coin laundries on the 4th and 5th floors, and an LG STYLER (a closet-type clothing steam cleaner) on the 4th floor.
Q Are there any pay channels?
Sorry, we do not offer pay-per-view services.
Q Is there a large public bath?
Located on the first floor of the building. Opening hours are 15:00-25:00 (1:00 am) and 6:00-9:00.
Please bring towels in a tote bag from your room.
Please wear the hotel's nightwear and slippers when using the large public bath. Drunk people and people with tattoos will not be allowed to enter the bath.
Q Is there a microwave?
There are microwave ovens on the 6th, 7th, and 11th floors.
Q Is there an ice maker?
There is an ice machine on the 4th floor.
Q Is there a place where I can smoke?
There are smoking booths on the 1st and 9th floors.

Access and parking

Q Is there a parking lot?
There is no parking lot for customers. Please use the nearby parking lot.
Q Please tell me how to get to the hotel from the nearest station.
The hotel is located about a 4-minute walk from exits 8 and 11 of Yodoyabashi Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line.

Others

Q What are the tourist attractions and restaurants in the area?
Yodoyabashi is an area where you can find various registered cultural properties in the midst of the office district, including Tekijuku, which still retains the atmosphere of the time. Nakanoshima Park is nearby and you can take a stroll along the river.
Many restaurants are located in retro buildings, so you can find everything from long-established establishments to stylish modern restaurants.
Q Are there any convenience stores nearby?
There is a convenience store a 2-minute walk from the hotel.
