About accommodation

Q What are the check-in and check-out times?: Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00. However, during busy periods, check-in from 15:00 to 16:00 and check-out from 10:30 to 11:00 will be concentrated at the front desk and congestion is expected. To ease congestion, you can check in before 15:00. We also accept advance payment for check-out.

Q Can I check in early?

If your room is ready, you can check in early. Please ask at the front desk. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the reservation situation.
The following fees will apply depending on the plan.

■Until 12:00: 60% of the accommodation fee
■12:00-13:00: 40% of the accommodation fee
■13:00-14:00: 20% of the accommodation fee

Q Can I check out late?

Please ask at the front desk. We may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the reservation situation. The following fees will apply, although they vary depending on the plan.

■Until 12:00: 20% of the accommodation fee
■12:00-13:00: 50% of the accommodation fee
■13:00-14:00: 100% of accommodation fee

Q Can you tell me about the storage of valuables?: We will keep your luggage at the HOTEL TRINITY SYOSAI Front Desk.

Q Is there a wheelchair-accessible restroom?: Located on the 1st floor HOTEL TRINITY SYOSAI.

Q Can I leave my luggage before check-in?: We will keep your luggage at the front desk before and after check-in. Please feel free to ask.

QWhat payment methods are available for accommodation fees?: We accept cash, credit cards (VISA, JCB, MasterCard, American Express, UC, AEON), and PayPay.

■ In front of the bus stop and vending machine at Grandvaux Communication Village

Q What items are available for rental?: We have blankets, humidifiers, air purifiers, hair irons, irons, and trouser presses available.

Q Is there a shop?: The Trinity Shop (open 10:00-22:00) is located on the 1st floor of the hotel lobby.

Q Are there vending machines?: Located on the 1st floor of the hotel lobby.

Q Are there coin laundry facilities?: It is in a different area.

Q Is there a parking lot at the hotel?: There are several free parking lots in the area.

QIs there a shuttle bus from the nearest station?: A free shuttle bus will be operating between the south exit of JR Sotobo Line's Konda Station and Risol no Mori. For more information on the free shuttle bus, please click here.

Q Can you arrange a cab?: This can be arranged at HOTEL TRINITY SYOSAI front desk.
It will take about 20 minutes to arrive.

There is a Family Mart and a Seven-Eleven within a 5-minute drive.

Q Is there a hospital nearby?: The Risor Clinic, a medical corporation foundation run by the Health and Medicine Research Association, is located within the Risor Forest Medical Training Center.
