About accommodation
- Q What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.
This may vary depending on the plan, so please contact the hotel for details.
- Q Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
- We will keep it for you at the front desk. Of course, it is free of charge.
- Q Can I check in earlier?
- Check-in before 15:00 is possible from 13:00.
There is an additional charge of 1000 yen per hour.
*We may not be able to accommodate some dates.
- Q Can I extend my check-out time?
- For check-outs after 11:00 AM, an extension fee of 1000 yen will be charged for each additional hour.

- Q I would like to send my luggage in advance via courier service. Is this possible?
- We will keep it for you at the front desk.
Please enter the date of your stay, the name of the guest, and the date of arrival.
- Q Is payment due at check-out?
- As a general rule, we ask that you settle your bill at the time of check-in.
- Q I am planning to stay for multiple nights. Is there a cleaning service available during my stay?
- Yes, we do.
Please come to the front desk by 10am on the day of your order and it will be ready by 6pm on the same day.- *However, cleaning service is not available on holidays and some Saturdays.
- Q Please let me know if there is a curfew.
- There is no curfew, so you can come and go 24 hours a day.
Check-in and check-out are possible late at night or early in the morning.

- Free for preschool children.
Please make reservations for elementary school students and above as adults.
- Q Are there baby beds?
- Sorry, we don't have it available.
About the rooms and facilities
- Q Is Wi-Fi available?
- Available in all guest rooms and the lobby.
- Q Are there non-smoking rooms?
- Yes, we do.
Of the 119 rooms, 99 are non-smoking.
- Q What amenities are available?
- The following amenities are provided: towels, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, toothbrush set, nightwear, slippers, hairbrush, cotton swabs and tea set.
- Q What items are available for rental?
- We provide blankets, humidifiers, air purifiers, irons, and trouser presses.
Numbers are limited.
- Q Are there refrigerators in the rooms?
- All rooms have an empty refrigerator (no freezing function).
- Q What about cleaning if I stay multiple nights?
- As part of our environmental protection efforts, room cleaning for consecutive stays will be conducted without entering the room, and will only include towel and bath towel changes, trash collection, and replenishment of mineral water. For hygiene reasons, room cleaning will be performed between 10:00 and 14:00 on the fourth night.
If you require additional cleaning on a day other than the scheduled cleaning day, please inform the front desk directly by 10:00 AM on the day of cleaning.
Please note that we cannot accept cleaning requests after 10:00 AM.

- Breakfast will be served buffet style.
Opening hours are from 6:30 to 9:30, and the price is 2,000 yen for adults and 1,000 yen for infants.
It will be served at the restaurant "Premiere" on the first floor.- *Depending on the date, the banquet hall on the 6th floor may be used.
- Q Are there any conference rooms?
- The banquet hall on the 6th floor can also be used as a meeting room.
It can accommodate from 6 to a maximum of 200 people (theater style).
- Q Can I use the Internet in the conference room?
- Wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) is available.
- Q Is there a shop?
- Souvenirs are sold in front of the front desk on the first floor.
- Q Are there vending machines and ice machines?
- Vending machines and ice makers are located on the 7th floor of the hotel.
- Q Are there coin laundry facilities?
- There are washing machines available on the 1st floor. (2 washing machines/400 yen per use, 2 dryers/100 yen per 30 minutes)
- Q Is there a microwave?
- It is located on the first floor of the hotel.
Access and parking
- Q What is the nearest station?
- JR Gifu Station or Meitetsu Gifu Station. Both are about a 5-minute walk away.
- Q Please tell me how to get there from Chubu Centrair International Airport.
- From Chubu Centrair International Airport Station, take the Meitetsu Nagoya Main Line Limited Express bound for Meitetsu Gifu. It takes approximately 60 to 70 minutes.
The fee is approximately 1,700 yen.
- Q I plan to come by car. Is there a parking lot?
- Yes, there is. We are affiliated with "P926" (a self-parking multi-storey car park) located to the west of the hotel.
- *From 14:30 to 11:30 the next morning, if you do not make any withdrawals or withdrawals during that time, the fee is 1,000 yen.
Vehicle restrictions: Height 2.1m, width 1.8m, length 5.0m.
There are several paid parking lots nearby, some of which are cheaper than P926.

- Q If I'm driving, what is the nearest interchange?
- On the Meishin Expressway, it is approximately 35 minutes and 28km from Gifu Hashima IC.
On the Tokai-Hokuriku Expressway, it is approximately 20 minutes and 10km from Gifu Kakamigahara IC.

- Family Mart, a 2-minute walk away, and Lawson, a 5-minute walk away, are both open 24 hours a day.
- Q Are there any restaurants nearby?
- There are many izakayas within a 5-minute walk.
The front desk will provide you with information on recommended restaurants.
There are also restaurants inside Gifu Station.
