We have posted here some frequently asked questions for RESOL POSHTEL TOKYO ASAKUSA.
If you have any questions not listed below, please contact the hotel.

QWhat are the check-in and check-out times?
Generally, check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 10:00.
This may vary depending on the accommodation plan, so please check each accommodation plan.
QIf I arrive late before check-in, should I contact the facility?
If you plan to arrive after midnight, please contact the property in advance.
If you would like to change your check-in time, please contact us by email.

QIf I arrive at the facility before check-in, can I store my luggage?
You can store your luggage in the trunk stock next to the front desk.
We also lend out chain locks free of charge, so please ask the front desk if you need one.

  • *Please note that we cannot store valuables.
QCan I leave my luggage after check-out?
You can store your luggage in the luggage storage next to the front desk until midnight on the day of check-out.

QAre toothbrushes, towels and other amenities provided in the cabin?
The cabin is equipped with the following amenities:
Towels / Bath towels / Toothbrush set / Slippers

Amenities other than those listed above are available in the washroom area (and in some powder rooms on women-only floors).
Shampoo / conditioner / body soap / hand soap / toothbrush set / razor / hairbrush / cotton swabs / cotton set / disposable amenities (face wash, cleansing, lotion, milky lotion) / hair iron
QCan I stay multiple nights?
Cabins are not normally cleaned, so it is possible to stay multiple nights.
If you would like your room cleaned during consecutive nights, a cleaning fee of 1,000 yen (tax included) will be charged each time.
For long-term consecutive stays, the cabin will be cleaned on the fifth night for hygiene reasons. In this case, there will be no cleaning fee.
Please be aware of this in advance.
QIs there a curfew?
No, there is no curfew.
For security reasons, the entrance will be locked at midnight, so please unlock it with your card key or call the front desk using the intercom.
QIs there free water?
There is a free coffee machine and water server in the living lobby on the second floor. There is also a microwave, so please eat and drink in the living lobby.
  • *There is also a space-saving living lobby on the 4th floor, which is for women only. Please note that there are no coffee or water servers here.
