About accommodation

01 About Front Desk Service

Q What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.
This may vary depending on the plan, so please contact the hotel for details.
Q Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
We will keep it at the front desk on the 13th floor. Please feel free to contact us.
Q Can I pay by credit card?
The following credit card companies are accepted.
JCB / VISA / UC / DC / Diners / Cedyna / AMEX / Master / UnionPay
Q Is there a cleaning service?
Applications are accepted at the front desk. (Closed on Sundays, national holidays, Golden Week, and New Year's holidays)
If you drop off your luggage at the front desk by 11:00am, it will be ready by 6:00pm on the same day.
Q Are there coin laundry facilities?
There are two washing machines and dryers in the men's and women's large baths on the 14th floor.
[Opening hours] 3:00 PM to 2:00 AM, 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM (same as the large public bath opening hours)

Q Can I send parcels?
They are not available at the front desk, but can be purchased at Family Mart on the first floor of the hotel.
  • *Refrigerated delivery is not available.
    Duct tape can be rented and delivery boxes are sold at the front desk.
  • *Only round-trip parcels can be accepted at the front desk.
Q Is  there a curfew?
There is no curfew. However, the automatic door on the first floor will be locked automatically between 1:00AM and 6:00AM.
There is an intercom to the right of the automatic doors, so please contact a member of staff.
If you have already checked in, please hold your card key over the sensor and proceed to the door, which will then open.

02 About staying with children

Q Can I sleep with my child?
Preschool children can sleep in the same bed as their parents for free.
Please note that we do not provide amenities, towels, bedding, etc. for children.
Q Are there baby beds?
We regret that we do not have baby cribs or baby guards available.

Q Are there Japanese-style rooms?
Unfortunately, our hotel does not have one.

Q What is the difference between the Ladies Floor and other rooms?
The following exclusive amenities are available. All rooms are non-smoking.

  • *The top floor (13th floor) is a ladies' floor and requires a special card key to enter.
  • *If you use the private staircase to get to the large public bath on the 14th floor, you can use it without meeting any men.

Q Are there trouser presses?
They are available on each floor, so please feel free to use them.

Facilities and services

01 About the large public bath

Q What are the usage hours? Are there any fees?
Opening hours are 3pm to 2am and 6am to 9am.
This is available exclusively to our guests and there is no charge.
Q What is available?
Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are always available.
[Dressing room] Hair dryer / Cotton swabs / Tissue paper / Shower cap (women only) / Cotton (women only)
  • *There is a lockable valuables box available (no charge).
  • *Please bring any towels, bath towels, toothbrushes, razors, etc. from your room.
Q Up to what age can children stay with us?
Only for children up to 6 years old. Mixed bathing for those 7 years old and over is not allowed.
Q Can I go to the large public bath wearing my room wear and slippers?
Yes, it's okay. Please note that you may be sharing the elevator with other people.

02 Meals

Q What is the breakfast like?
You can enjoy a Japanese and Western buffet at the Italian restaurant Il Chianti on the first floor.
◆Breakfast time: 7:00-10:00 (last entrance 9:30)
◆Price / If you apply by the day before, 1,800 yen per person (tax included)
  • *On the day, the fee is 1,950 yen (tax included).
  • *Free for infants
  • *Please refrain from coming to the venue in room wear or slippers.
Q What about dinner?
You can also dine at the Italian restaurant "Il Chianti" on the first floor.
A pamphlet titled "Information on Restaurants Near the Hotel" is available at the front desk.

Access and parking

Q What are the parking fees? What are the parking restrictions? How many cars can be parked?
The cost is 1,600 yen per night (from 3pm to 11am the next morning).
The hotel's multi-storey car park has parking restrictions of 2m in height, 1.8m in width, and 5m in length. The maximum number of cars that can be parked is 22. (Mechanical multi-storey car park)
  • *Prices include tax.
Q Is it possible to get my car in and out?
The hotel car park is open 24 hours a day.
A parking attendant will be on hand between 8am and 9pm.
Front desk staff will be available from 9pm until 8am the following morning.
  • *If you use a partner parking lot, please note that you may not be able to enter or exit the parking lot.
Q Can I reserve a parking space?
Unfortunately we do not take reservations. It is first come first served.
If the hotel parking lot is full upon arrival, we will direct you to a nearby affiliated parking lot.
In the unlikely event that the affiliated parking lots are full, we apologize for any inconvenience, but please note that you may need to use a paid parking lot or similar facility yourself.
Q Can I park my motorcycle?
Unfortunately, our hotel does not have a parking lot for motorcycles.
We will guide you to the nearby "Gatesville Bicycle Parking Lot." (300 yen per 12 hours)

Please note that the hotel will not take any responsibility for theft or other incidents.

Others

Q Are there vending machines and ice machines?
Vending machines are available on every floor except the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 7th and 11th floors. (The 13th floor is a ladies' floor.)
Ice machines are located in the vending machine corners on the 4th, 5th, 8th, 9th, and 12th floors, and in the lounge on the 13th floor.
Please note that there are no vending machines for tobacco or alcohol, so please purchase these at the convenience store on the first floor.
Q Is there a microwave?
They are located on the 2nd floor, the ladies' floor on the 13th floor, and in the lounge on the 13th floor, so please feel free to use them.
Q Are there any conference rooms?
Unfortunately, our hotel does not have one.
