The Kyushu Recovery Support Discount is a program that provides support for travel and accommodation fees to the Kyushu region in order to stimulate tourism demand in the Kyushu region, which was affected by the 2026 Kumamoto Earthquake.

At our hotel, the recovery support discount is available through a special accommodation plan.

Guests wishing to use our services should make a reservation using one of the following accommodation plans.

Please note that we do not accept applications for other accommodation plans or for the recovery support discount by phone.

This plan is for online reservations only. We do not accept reservations by phone.

〇The discount in this plan applies only to bookings made by travelers.

*This offer does not apply to stays for business purposes. Receipts cannot be issued in the company name.

Regarding payment methods, we only accept on-site payment.

In accordance with Fukuoka City ordinances, a prescribed accommodation tax will be charged separately.

〇When checking in, please fill in the names of all guests and have the representative guest sign the usage certificate.

〇Additional charges not included in the reservation price of the special accommodation plan are not eligible for the recovery discount.

[Regarding children sleeping in the same bed as their parents]

This offer is for preschool-aged children, and accommodation and breakfast are free of charge.

We accept one person per bed.

When searching or making a reservation, please enter the number of people, excluding children (preschool age) who will be sharing a bed with their parents.

If you have a child (preschool age) who will be sharing a bed with you, please indicate this in the "Other Requests" section when entering your reservation information.
