If you are coming by public transport

From JR Kyoto Station:
Take the Kyoto Municipal Subway Karasuma Line to Karasumaoike Station, or the Kyoto Municipal Subway Tozai Line to Kyoto City Hall Station, and walk for 2 minutes via Zest Oike Exit 9
If coming from Keihan Yodoyabashi Station:
Take the Keihan Main Line Limited Express from Sanjo Station and walk for 1 minute to Sanjo Keihan Station. Take the Kyoto Municipal Tozai Line from Kyoto City Hall Station and walk for 2 minutes via Zest Oike Exit 9.
From Kansai International Airport:
Take the limousine bus to Sanjo Keihan Station, then take the Kyoto Municipal Tozai Line to Kyoto City Hall Station, exit at Zest Oike exit 9, and walk for 2 minutes.
