01 Reservations, changes and cancellations

QCan I make reservations, change, or cancel online plans by phone?

QWhich is more economical, making reservations by phone or online?
When booking online, we offer a limited number of rooms and special benefits, so we are able to offer better deals than if you book over the phone.
  • *If you call the hotel directly, we will inform you of event and season rates.
QCan I change the plan (including the room) I have reserved?
If you wish to change your reservation details, you will need to cancel your reservation and make a new one.
(Please note that in some cases, such as when paying by credit card, a cancellation fee may be charged.)
Some items can be changed without cancelling, so please see your reservation confirmation email for details.
QIf I stay for consecutive nights but book each night, will there be room transfers?
Generally, we assume that you will stay in the same room for the number of nights you have booked in one reservation, so if you make separate reservations for each night, we may ask you to move rooms.
  • *Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will be able to use the same room even if you apply to extend your stay.
QAre there any cancellation fees?
The timing and conditions for cancellation fees vary depending on the plan.
Please refer to the Cancellation Policy for the plan you are using.
QWhat happens if I don't complete the cancellation procedure?
If you are unable to cancel or contact us, we will charge you 100% of the accommodation fee as a cancellation fee.
Please note that we may not be able to accept any future reservations.

02 Front desk support

Q What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.
This may vary depending on the plan, so please contact the hotel for details.
Q Can I extend my stay?
For check-in before 14:00 and check-out after 11:00, the fee starts from 1,000 yen per hour per room.
  • *We may not be able to accommodate you depending on the situation.
Q: Please tell me how to pay for the accommodation.
Upon check-in, you will be charged the amount of your reservation.
Additional fees will be charged at check-out.
Payments by non-guests can be made in advance or before check-in.
We do not accept payment by bank transfer.
Q: Can you tell me about receipts?
Receipts will only be issued for payments made at the hotel (accommodation/breakfast/parking fees).
  • * Receipts will not be reissued after check-out or if lost.
Q: Can I store my luggage?
We will keep your luggage at the front desk before check-in and after check-out.
We will only accept items sent by courier in advance with the guest's name, phone number, and check-in date written on them, and items that are to be paid for by the customer (cash on delivery is not accepted).
  • *The luggage we accept is limited to items that can be stored at room temperature.
Q Please tell me about home delivery.
Delivery slips are available in your room or at the front desk. Delivery boxes (300 yen) are available for purchase at the front desk.
Shipping procedures are available 24 hours a day at the front desk. (Please note that it may be busy around check-out time.)
  • *Please note that we are unable to ship some items, so please check with the front desk for details.
Q: Can you tell me about cleaning services (fees apply)?
An application slip and a laundry bag will be provided in your room.
Please contact the front desk (closed during the New Year holidays).
If you drop off your luggage at the front desk by 10am, it will be ready by 6pm on the same day.
  • *On the 14th floor, there is a coin laundry (40 minutes / 300 yen) and a dryer (30 minutes / 100 yen). Detergent (1 unit / 100 yen) is sold in the vending machine next to the washing machines.
QCan I get room service or delivery?
Room service is available at the Italian restaurant "Il Chianti Sapporo" on the 1st floor.
  • *Whether or not this service is provided is subject to Il Chianti's business hours.
    Delivery is also available, but must be picked up in the lobby.
Q Is  there a curfew?
No.
However, if you wish to use the back entrance at night, you will need a card key.

03About staying with children

Q Can I sleep with my child?
Infants (preschool children) can sleep in the same bed as their parents free of charge, but elementary school students and above will be charged the adult rate.
  • *Sleeping arrangements are limited to one person per bed and one set of bedding.
    [Example] Twin room / 1 adult + 1 elementary school student ⇒ Up to 2 preschool children
Q Are there baby beds?
We have a limited number of bicycles available (free of charge), so please contact the hotel before making your reservation.
  • *This may not be available depending on the room type.

About the rooms and facilities

QCan I reserve a non-smoking room?
All rooms in our hotel are non-smoking. Guests who wish to smoke are requested to use the smoking booths on the 1st, 7th and 10th floors.
Please note that we cannot guarantee a smoking booth floor.
Q What are the rooms on the Odori Park side?
◆Parkside Double Room (19.4m²)
◆Parkside Twin Room (22.7m² / 23.3m² / 26.4m²)
◆Parkside Triple Room (23.3m²/26.4m²)
◆Japanese-Western style room (46.0m²)

Only the above 4 types face the Odori Park side. The single rooms do not face the Odori Park.
QCan I select a higher floor or room?
We cannot guarantee specific floors, but we will inform you depending on the reservation situation.
  • *Additional fees may be charged for designation and confirmation.
Q If I am reserving two or more rooms, can they be on the same floor?
Although we will provide rooms on the same floor, up to two rooms may be provided on the same floor depending on the room type.
Single rooms (14.5m², 15.0m²) and Moderate Single Rooms (15.0m²) can be arranged in groups of two or more on the same floor.
The ladies' floor, as well as smoking and non-smoking rooms (including deodorizing rooms) are located on separate floors.
  • *Depending on the situation, we may not be able to guide you on the same floor.
Q What is the difference between the Ladies Floor and other rooms?
This is a security floor inside the elevator that can only be unlocked with your room key.
In front of the elevator, there are items available for rental exclusively on the ladies' floor that you are free to use.
  • *Numbers are limited.

Facilities and services

01About the Observatory Bath

QWhat are the usage hours? Are there any fees?
Opening hours are 15:00-26:00 and 6:00-10:00 the next day.
There is no charge, but it is only available to guests staying at the hotel.

  • *Weight scales, valuables lockers, hairdryers, and water servers are available for both men and women.
Q Up to what age can children stay with us?
Children up to age 6 may bathe accompanied by a guardian. Mixed bathing for those 7 years of age and older is not permitted in accordance with the Sapporo City Public Bath Enforcement Ordinance.
QCan I go to the large public bath wearing my room wear?
Please wear your room wear and slippers when moving around.

02 Meals

Q What is the breakfast like?
Breakfast is a Japanese and Western buffet style.

◇Cost / 1,800 yen per person (apply at the front desk the day before or on the day of dining)
  • *Hotel members pay 1,500 yen *Adult price for elementary school students and above (free for preschoolers)
  • *Prices include tax and service charges.
Q What about dinner?
Guests can use the Italian restaurant "Il Chianti" on the first floor.

Q Can I smoke in the restaurant?
All seats in the restaurant are non-smoking.
Please use the smoking area on the first floor.

Access and parking

Q: Can you tell me about parking?
The hotel's multi-storey car park is available from 12:00pm to 12:00pm the following day for 1,800 yen (tax included) per car per night.
  • *Parking does not require a reservation. (Information will be provided on the day.)
  • *Only cars with a height of 2m and a width of 1.8m or less are allowed (cars exceeding the limit cannot be used)
QPlease tell me the location of the hotel.
Facing Odori Park in Nishi 5-chome, the hotel is in a very convenient location for shopping and dining out.
The Hokkaido Bank is also located nearby.
QWhat is the nearest station?
Odori Station on the Sapporo Municipal Subway is a 1-minute walk away.
This is the central station in Sapporo, where all subway lines (Namboku Line, Tozai Line, and Toho Line) pass through.
Q: Could you tell me about using the airport bus?
If you are coming from New Chitose Airport to the hotel, take the bus bound for Sapporo city center and get off at the [HOTEL RESOL TRINITY SAPPORO] bus stop.

If traveling from the hotel to New Chitose Airport, take the bus bound for New Chitose Airport and board at the bus stop "HOTEL RESOL TRINITY SAPPORO "

Please contact the bus company for information regarding operating hours.
  • *Tickets are sold at the airport bus counter and hotel front desk.
Q: Please tell me about using JR.
JR Sapporo Station is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel.
(Approximately 40 minutes to New Chitose Airport by rapid train, approximately 30 minutes to Otaru by rapid train)
Q: Could you please tell me about using the expressway interchanges?
The easiest and most convenient way to get there is through Sapporo Kita Interchange, which is about a 20-minute drive from the hotel.
You can also use it for travel to New Chitose Airport, Otaru, and Asahikawa.

Others

QHow long will lost items be kept?
Normal lost property, excluding food items, will be kept for three months.
  • *Food will be stored for two days and then disposed of.

As the hotel will refrain from contacting customers, if you notice any issues, please contact us.
Lost items will be sent cash on delivery. *Some items cannot be sent.
QAre there any rules regarding use of the guest rooms?
We ask that anyone other than guests staying at the hotel refrain from entering the rooms, including using the floors.
If anyone other than guests uses the facilities, an additional fee may be charged.
  • *After check-out, if a staff member finds any defects or damage during a room inspection, we may contact you to confirm.
