We will be carrying out renovation work on our road heating system as described below, with the aim of creating a more comfortable facility for our guests.

During the construction period, there may be temporary noise and vibrations due to the removal of existing pavement and other related work. We will proceed with the work with the utmost consideration for safety, and we appreciate your understanding.

1. Construction period and working hours
Construction period: November 4, 2026 (Wed) - December 4, 2026 (Fri)
Working hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (work involving loud noises is scheduled from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM)

2. Operations after reopening
From Monday, November 23rd to Thursday, December 3rd, 2026, we will continue road heating system renovation work while operating the hotel. The main entrance and back entrance will remain open as usual during this period, but temporary fences will be installed in some areas of the hotel grounds and near the restaurant windows for safety reasons.
Additionally, depending on the progress of the construction, there may be construction noise at certain times.
