We will be changing the accommodation terms and conditions for all RESOL HOTELS accommodations (excluding HOTEL TRINITY SYOSAI) as follows:
Please note that the change will be applied from stays on or after Monday, April 1, 2024.

■ Operating hours
・Check-in time: 15:00 (changed from 14:00)
[Applicable to stays checking in on or after Monday, April 1, 2024]
・Check-out time: 11:00
*The above is the basic policy and does not include early check-in/late check-out, day use, or various other plans.

■ Article 6 Paragraph 2 Penalty Charges
[Applicable to stays checking in on or after Monday, April 1, 2024]
・Penalty
1 to 5 people (number of contract applicants)
No-show/Same-day: 100%
The day before: 50%
6-9 people (number of contract applicants)
No-show/Same-day: 100%
The day before: 50%
3 days before: 30%

■Article 10, Section 2: Use of guest rooms outside business hours
Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Hotel may permit the Guest to occupy the guest room outside the hours specified by the Guest.
(1) An additional 1,000 yen (tax included) will be charged per room for each hour from check-out time.
(2) After 3:00 p.m., the full room rate will be charged.
