We will be changing the accommodation terms and conditions at all RESOL HOTELS accommodations (excluding HOTEL TRINITY SYOSAI) as follows.
Please note that the change will be applied to stays from Monday, April 1, 2024.

・Check-out time: 11:00
*The above basic policy applies, excluding early check-in/late check-out, day use, and various plans.

■ Article 6, Paragraph 2 Penalty
[Applicable to stays checking in on or after Monday, April 1, 2024]
・Penalty fee
1 to 5 people (number of contract applicants)
No-show/Same day: 100%
The day before: 50%
6-9 people (number of contract applicants)
No-show/Same day: 100%
The day before: 50%
3 days ago: 30%

■Article 10, Paragraph 2: Use of guest rooms outside of business hours
Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Hotel may allow a Guest to occupy a room outside of the hours specified by the Guest.
(1) An additional 1,000 yen (tax included) will be charged per room for each hour from check-out time.
(2) After 3:00 PM, the full room rate will be charged.
