01 About Front Desk Service
- Q What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.
This may vary depending on the plan, so please contact the hotel for details.
- QCan I make a reservation on the day? Are there any time restrictions?
- If there are vacancies, we can accept your request at any time. Please contact us.
- QWhat time should I check in by? Is there a curfew?
- The front desk is available 24 hours a day.
The front door will be locked late at night, but please ring the intercom and we will unlock it for you.
However, if you will be arriving later than the scheduled check-in time, we would appreciate it if you could let us know.
- Q Is payment due at check-out?
- We require payment in advance. Please pay at the time of check-in.
- QCan I pay the accommodation fee in advance on behalf of someone else?
- Yes, you can. Please come to the museum in advance or pay by bank transfer.
Please let us know when you make your reservation.
- QCan I use a credit card?
- You can pay for your stay with almost all cards, including VISA, MasterCard, and JCB.
- *However, we cannot accept payments by debit card.
- QCan I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
- We will keep it for you at the front desk. Please feel free to ask.
- QI would like to send a package by courier. Can you hold it for me? Can you also send it out?

02 About staying with children
- QI would like to stay with my family. Are there any children's rates?
- Preschool children stay free of charge.
The price for elementary school children and above is the same as for adults.
- Q I would like to let my daughter stay overnight alone because she is taking an exam. Is that okay?
- Please rest assured that our services are used by many test takers every year.
- Q Are there baby beds?
- Unfortunately, our hotel does not provide baby cribs.
Please be aware of this.
About the rooms and facilities
- Q Is Wi-Fi available?
- Available in the guest rooms and lobby.
The password is posted on the TV in your guest room, so please enter it when using the service.
- QAre there non-smoking rooms? Also, are there ladies' rooms?
- Both rooms are available.
In the unlikely event that all non-smoking rooms are fully booked, we will do our best to deodorize the room.
In addition, all rooms are equipped with air purifiers.
- QCan I stay in my room during the day if I am staying multiple nights?
- Cleaning hours are from 11:00AM to 2:00AM, but you can still stay if you inform the front desk.

- We have provided empty refrigerators in all rooms. Please note that they do not have a freezer function.

- Available in all rooms.
- Q Can I charge my cell phone?
- We have chargers installed in each room.

Facilities and services
- Q I would like to include breakfast.
- A buffet-style meal is available at "Il Chianti Est" on the first floor of the hotel for an additional fee of 1,500 yen.
Please purchase breakfast tickets at the front desk.
We are also open for lunch and dinner, so please come and visit us.
- Q Are there any conference rooms?
- Unfortunately, we do not have a hotel.
- Q Is there a shop?
- Unfortunately, we do not have a hotel.
- Q Are there vending machines and ice machines?
- [Vending machines] Vending machines are available in the vending corner on the 3rd and 8th floors, near rooms 1 to 10.
[Ice maker] Ice machines are available in the vending corner on the 2nd floor, next to rooms 1-10.
- Q Are there coin laundry facilities?
- Unfortunately, our hotel does not have one.
Please ask at the front desk for information about nearby coin laundries.
- Q Are there any pay channels?
- There is no pay broadcast.
Access and parking
- Q What is the nearest station?
- 6 minutes walk from JR Ikebukuro Station.
1 minute walk from Exit 1 of Higashi-Ikebukuro Station on the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line.
- QPlease tell me how to get there from Haneda or Narita airports.
- There is a direct limousine bus from the airport to Sunshine.
Many customers use this service.
- QIf I use the expressway, which interchange should I get off at?
- It is about 2 minutes from the Higashi-Ikebukuro Exit on the Metropolitan Expressway Route 5 Ikebukuro Line.
- Q Can I reserve a parking space?
- Only 6 units are available.
However, this is limited to vehicles with a height of 155cm or less, width of 195cm or less, total length of 530cm or less, and weight of 2,300kg or less.
If your parking space is oversized or full, we will guide you to a nearby parking lot.- *This is not an affiliated parking lot.
- QHow much does the parking fee cost?
- Our hotel's parking lot costs 2,000 yen per night (from 3pm to 10am the next morning).

- Q Are there any convenience stores nearby?
- There is a Seven-Eleven and Lawson just a minute's walk away.
