- Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.

- Q Can I send my luggage to the hotel before my stay?
- For advance parcel deliveries, please write the guest's name, phone number, and check-in date on the shipping slip and send it to us.
Your luggage will be handed over to you when you check in.

- Our hotel does not have a parking lot or driveway. If you are coming by car, please use the nearby paid parking lot.

- The hotel is a 2-minute walk from Exit 6 of Shijo Station on the Kyoto Municipal Subway Karasuma Line, and a 4-minute walk from Exit 26 of Karasuma Station on the Hankyu Kyoto Line.
