We have confirmed that the receipts issued when making a reservation via online payment from an overseas booking site do not correspond to qualified invoices or receipts (invoices) in Japan.
If you make a reservation with online payment (prepayment) through any reservation site, our hotel chain will not issue a receipt.
*Only for reservations with on-site payment, the hotel can issue an invoice-compatible receipt at the time of payment.

If you require a receipt that corresponds to the Japanese domestic certified invoices and receipts (invoices), please make your reservation through the official RESOL HOTELS website, or if you are making an online payment reservation through a reservation site, please check in advance with the reservation site to see if they are an invoice-compatible company.

・Trip.com, etc.

Furthermore, when making reservations through domestic booking sites or domestic travel agencies with prepayment, the hotel will not be able to issue invoices or receipts (invoices) as the receipt will be issued by the agency in question.
