Recently, there have been numerous reports of mobile batteries (including other products with built-in lithium-ion batteries) overheating and catching fire both in Japan and overseas. To ensure the safety and security of all our guests, we ask for your cooperation in observing the following when using mobile batteries in guest rooms.

1) To avoid any unforeseen circumstances such as fire, please be sure to unplug your mobile battery when you are away from your room or while sleeping.

2) When charging electronic devices such as mobile phones from a mobile battery or using the power outlet in your guest room to charge your mobile battery, please be careful about where you charge it. 　

- Places exposed to direct sunlight, such as near a window
- On flammable materials such as beds, sheets, and curtains

3) When using or charging a mobile battery, please always do so in a location where you can check its condition yourself.

Please note that if cleaning staff find any of the above conditions during room cleaning, they may move the mobile battery or stop charging it to ensure safety.
