01 About Front Desk Service

Q What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.
This may vary depending on the plan, so please contact the hotel for details.
Q Is it possible to store luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, that is possible. Please feel free to contact us.
Q What time is check-in until? Is there a curfew?
If you plan to check in after 12 noon, please contact the hotel.
There is no curfew.
Q Can I send my luggage in advance?
Yes, it is possible. Please write your name and the date of your stay in the address field.
Q Is there a cleaning service?
Yes, you can.
If you bring it to the front desk by 9:00, it will be ready after 19:00 on the same day. (Closed on Sundays and public holidays)

02 About staying with children

Q Can I sleep with my child?
Only preschool children aged 0-6 years old may stay with one adult using existing bedding.
There is no extra charge for children sharing the same bed as other guests. However, bedding and amenities will not be provided.
Q Are there baby beds?
We do not have this available.

About the rooms and facilities

Q Is Wi-Fi available?
Wi-Fi is available in the lobby and all rooms (free of charge).
Q Are there non-smoking rooms?
All rooms are non-smoking. There is a smoking booth in the lobby on the second floor.
Q What amenities are available?
We provide towels, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, body towels, bath salts, toothbrush set, razor, nightwear, slippers, hairbrush, mineral water and tea set.
Q What amenities are available in the guest rooms?
The room is equipped with a bed, bath, toilet with bidet, sink, TV, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating, an internal phone line, an electric kettle, a hair dryer and a mobile phone charger.
Q What items are available for rental?
We provide blankets, humidifiers, air purifiers, hair irons, irons, and trouser presses.

Access and parking

Q What is the nearest station?
The nearest station is Nagoya Station, which is served by JR, Meitetsu, Kintetsu and the subway.
Q How do I get there from Nagoya Station?
Exit JR Nagoya Station from the Sakuradori Exit and walk straight along Sakuradori towards the International Center.
The building is located on the left hand side of the street next to Junkudo Bookstore and the Softbank mobile phone shop.
Alternatively, go up the U8 exit of the underground shopping mall "Unimall" and you will see the hotel right in front of you.
Q Where is the nearest interchange?
Please use the "Nishikibashi Exit" or "Meidocho Exit" on the Nagoya Expressway.
The entrance is "Mei Station Entrance".
Q How long does it take from Chubu Centrair International Airport?
It takes 28 minutes by μSky and 35 minutes by express train between Meitetsu Nagoya Station and Chubu Centrair International Airport.
Q Is there a parking lot?
