This plan offers an innovative dinner course created by Chef Toshiyuki Matsuoka (Okinawa Restaurant PAUL), who has honed his skills at Michelin-starred restaurants and walked the global gastronomic scene.
Since opening in 2023, the Okinawan restaurant PAUL has received high praise internationally, including being featured in the world-renowned gourmet guide "Gault & Millau 2026".

In this course, Okinawan ingredients such as island octopus with koji sauce, red snapper simmered in salt, and Yanbaru goat roast are transformed into innovative dishes in a way that transcends conventional boundaries. The menu is designed to allow you to experience the nature and culture of Okinawa.
